Does Hours Lost have a brick and mortar shop?

Not at the moment! For now, we only own property on the internet.

Can I find Hours Lost products in any brick and mortar shops? Do you offer wholesale?

Our products are only sold here on hourslost.com. If you are interested in stocking Hours Lost products in your store or want to place a large quanity order for your organization, please email us at hello.hourslost@gmail.com, or fill out our contact form.

Where do you ship? 

If you live in the USA, Canada, Mexico or the UK, we ship to you! If you live outside of those countries and want to place an order, send us an email at hello.hourslost@gmail.com, or fill out our contact form, and we'll try to work something out.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days from your date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking when your package is shipped. We currently ship via USPS. Delivery time will depend on your location.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges for full-priced items within 30 days of purchase. Email hello.hourslost@gmail.com, or fill out our contact form, with your order number and return or exchange request. Please include your reason for the return or exchange.

We will not accept returns and exchanges postmarked after 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Items that do not meet that criteria will be non-returnable and denied.  If your return or exchange is approved, you will receive further instructions via email. You are expected to pay the return shipping cost, unless we goofed and shipped you a flawed order. If we goofed, shame on us!!
